Dear Anonymous, We really appreciate your review about your stay. Overall, sorry again if any time you got the feeling of being robbed but as I explained you when you reported, is impossible to jump from the balcony of your room and the only person that could open the safe apart from you with the code was me the master key. We want to apologies for all kind of inconvenients you have suffered on the gym because is not usual; we took measures already to improve our facilities; In case you would like to give us a second chance we will show you how we will improved.
