La chambre n'était que très peu nettoyée. Juste les linges (lorsqu'ils étaient remis complètement et pas 1 sur 4), le sol n'a jamais été fait (sable). Baignoire non utilisable car pas de bouchon Coffre fort à clefs non utilisable car pas de clefs Aucune insonorisation Image de chambre faussée de la réalité Cafeteria extrêmement bruyante et personnel mettant à la poubelle des repas totalement mangeable mais pas assez beau au visuel

Amazing stay, really good. People (clients and staff) are really friendly and helpfull. The bad point is that swimming pool is really cold and there was no wifi in my room which was a real pain as I had to work sometimes. I mentioned this to reception but nothing had been done during the whole stay. They offered me to move room but the room was less good than the one I was. I ended up paying a lot of money for international data roaming for internet

You get what you pay for

System with wristbands for breakfast only- ridiculous. Walls paper thin. But location good and food OK

Perfect location for a mad weekend

This hotel is the perfect location for a mad weekend in Ibiza but for those that still want to get some sleep! The staff were very friendly, our room was spotless the maids came every day with new towels, made the beds changed the sheets washed floors etc. The bed was comfortable, the balcony plenty big enough. We didn't have a decent view but that didn't bother us. The air con was brilliant, to worked etc. Only 2 things I can think of was the walls are pretty thin which made for entertainment listening to a group of lads convo lol and there could do with being a little fridge. That's the only points I can raise. Location is perfect it's up the other end of the strip away from the hustle and bustle and noise! The beach is literally across the road. Bars restaurants cafes shops across the road and more within a few minutes walk. We stayed on a bed breakfast basis and The breakfast buffet was lovely! Freshly made pastries every day. Omelettes cooked for you there and then, cold meats cheeses, eggs, hash brows were to die for! The swimming pools were lovely the loungers really comfy and they have big Havana style beds too although we didn't use those. The staff were very friendly, there was even an animation team. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and I can't wait to re book for next year! This is from 2 30 year olds!

Nice hotel & great location

Pros: The size of the room, staff and breakfast
Cons: Cleanliness of bedroom floors and a detailed itinerary of all costs deducted from the customers account.
Location: I was there for a conference in the Hard Rock Hotel (IMS) - perfect walking distance!
A great selection for breakfast in the morning with very helpful and friendly staff all over the hotel. However the bedroom and bathroom floor could have been cleaner. The walls are very thin (I could hear my neighbours alarm go off as well as their conversations) so maybe provide earplugs for each guest? Please mention on the booking itinerary that £60.61 will be taken from the customers account for a security check (I found out at the hotel that was what this was) as it was not mentioned ANYWHERE and really concerned me at the time. Overall, it's important to mention the deduction of money temporarily taken from the account but otherwise a great value, decent hotel.

Busy 3 star hotel close to beach

This hotel is well located, close to the beach and an easy walk from the clubs - but far enough away that you can sleep at night. Nice pool but an inescapable, endless loop of loud pop music plays outside.

Hôtel très bien situé, petit déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de choix, par contre l'isolation sonore est médiocre. Choisissez cet établissement si vous faites la fête ou ne dormez pas beaucoup.
