Dear guest, Thank you for your comments in regards to your recent stay with us. I was disappointed to read of your experience during your stay with us. Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience, I do extend it with all sincerity. We would like to have been able to help you during your stay because, for example, we always find a free hammock in the pool for our guests and we do everything possible for their total comfort. Regarding the massages: I do not understand how was your experience about the aforementioned "conference room", our therapists offer their services outdoors and in front of the sea. It is a real pity that you could not enjoy this amazing experience. Please rest assured that we will investigate these issues thoroughly. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include A poolside bar and A bar/lounge. Free breakfast is served daily. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. You'll find a business centre on site. Event space at this hotel measures 3014 square feet (280 square metres) and includes conference centres. A hot tub, spa services, and a terrace are also featured at the luxury Hotel Torre Del Mar. Free self parking is available. This Mediterranean Ibiza Town hotel is smoke free.
