Mikasa is a refreshed version of Hotel Rocamar, which I stayed at previously. The room was small but well appointed, with the best bedding I’ve seen in Ibiza and a nice shower. Unfortunately, the doors are quite thin and let in noise from the hall, which was very annoying. Specifically, the cleaning staff talked constantly in the hall and made it impossible to sleep in the morning. In addition, the phone did not seem to call room service, so I could not order the apparently delicious menu.
Worst of all was that the staff refused to negotiate with me when we found out that I had apparently made a duplicate booking by mistake. They charged me in full for 2 rooms yet only gave me a key for one room. It was by far the worst customer service experience I have had
