The property was in a great location only a few mins from the train station.we were greeted by friendly staff who were informative about places to visit. The room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable and had tea, coffee, water and toiletries--everything you could need. The breakfast was also very nice with plenty of variety

The River house was very clean and had plenty of space for a family of 5. The lobby of the hotel and the breakfast room was also very clean and the staff was friendly. The location on the river and the landscape is superb.

sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal wunderschöne Ausstattung, guter Mix zwischen alt und neu einziger Wermutstropfen: einige Zimmer sind sehr nahe an der Bahnlinie, nichts für Leute die gerne ihre Ruhe haben

Herzlichen Dank für Ihre super Bewertung, wir freuen uns, dass es Ihnen gefallen hat! Umso mehr bedauern wir natürlich, dass Sie sich vom Bahnverkehr etwas gestört fühlten. Wir profitieren von der sehr zentralen Lage direkt an der Aare, da lässt sich der Zugverkehr, welcher in Interlaken mitten durchs Zentrum fährt, leider nicht vermeiden. Bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt würden wir Ihnen dann die Zimmer der Kategorie Doppelzimmer Plus empfehlen, welche frontal zum Fluss und somit nicht so nah zur Bahnlinie gelegen sind. Wir hoffen Sie bei einer anderen Gelegenheit wieder einmal bei uns begrüssen zu dürfen!
