New hotel in Inverness so we thought we would give it a chance……our advice is to avoid it unless you need to get your steps in! If you have a vehicle and want to park within a mile of the property then good luck to you. A hundred plus rooms and max 30 spaces, they take your money for the spaces but can’t provide them, nice earner if you get away with it💩 staff were hopeless but then they didn’t design it, come high season the same will be said of this place on a daily basis. Further, only hotel in Inverness with a parking charge but even then you are unaware of it until after you check in. We won’t be back, kingsmills for us, helpful friendly staff and you can park without needing a taxi to the hotel. DISAPPOINTING😤😔👎

We strive to provide the highest quality of service in everything we do and I am sorry that on this occasion we have let you down.Our car park is on a first come, first serve basis so unfortunately if you pay for parking, and the take the car out of the car park, there's no guarantee that the space will be there for you upon return to the hotel.I will be using this piece of feedback as an example of how we can do better when communicating with our guests about parking and I hope going forward we prove this to be an isolated incident. I hope to have the opportunity of a return visit, where we can truly express the standard we strive for each and every day.Kind regards,James ConniffFront Office Manager
