Secret escape!

Beautiful setting and excellent service from very friendly teams in both the hotel and restaurant. A perfect place for a relaxing weekend.

Nicht ganz so edel wie es aussieht, aber schön

Pros: Der edle Eindruck
Wir waren mit der Familie dort. Der erste Eindruck: Wow. Es waren wirklich schöne Häuser, waren gut eingerichtet und hatten extrem viel Platz. Die Verarbeitung bei den Details ist aber nicht wirklich gut. Die Haustüre klemmte und war kaum aufzukriegen, im Bade gab es Beschädigungen, welche klimperten. Die Zimmertür war nicht auf Schalldichtheit gemacht. Als andere Leute sich im Aufenthaltsraum befanden, hörte man das so laut, dass man kaum schlafen konnte.

Enormous rooms but somehow impersonal

Pros: space and parking just in front of the lodge
Cons: room looked empty, thus impersonal. No TV in the room but in a room shared with the other lodge guests.
Location: Half way between Inverness and Glen of Ord distillery.
A short drive outside of Inverness, quite difficult to find. The lodge rooms are huge but somehow impersonal. Vey quite location. Restaurant is close and breakfast was nice.
