The room at the hotel was very small and needed painting . The bathroom was old and tatty and the skirting boards were dirty. The bed squeaked and wasn’t very comfortable. On the plus side the breakfast was very good and the staff very nice and friendly .

Good Morning, Unfortunately as we were fully booked and had an issue with one of our boilers (There was no hot water or heating) we had no choice but to outlook some guests to different hotels, this was explained when you were contacted prior to your check in at the hotel. We are sorry you feel we kicked you out, however this was not the case, it was to ensure you had a pleasant and comfortable stay while in Inverness. Kind Regards Reservations

The property will be renovating from 8 October 2021 to 30 April 2022 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:

Renovation work will only be conducted during working hours on weekdays. Every effort will be made to minimise noise and disturbance.
