Good evening, It is with regret to discover that you were not satisfied with your apartment. You would have expressed your disappointment on arrival or during your stay, we would have done our utmost to re-arrange your bed/provide some extra mattress protector to make it comfortable. Our apartments are on room only basis which means you would be charged separately for breakfast. Please bear in mind that we are market competitive and usually cheaper than our competitors in Inverness.
