We had a room on the 3rd floor which was not bad in itself as there was a lift but my wife is registered disabled and then had additional stairs to climb. The third floor must also be designated for dogs as the room smelt awful and dogs barked day and night.

unfortunately without your details we cannot investigate the comments regarding smell, we do accept dogs but if there is noise we would certainly ask owners to bring dogs under control.

In need of some love

Overall the hotel is a little bit worn round the edges and in need of updating. Booked a double only to be given a twin. Moved rooms into yet another twin. Finally moved on the second night into a very spacious king size room - voucher given for dinner as apology. Dinner was distinctly average and prices were ridiculous, would not have eaten there without the voucher. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent place

Pros: The room, and staff
Cons: the restaurant, the food wasn't what I expected. But the waiters were really great
Location: everything you expect about the Highlands
Excellent place, old with some wooden floor noise. But an amazing experience, I recommend and I will for sure return to stay there while in Inverness. Great cozy room. I only have praise and positive review about the hotel.

Zentrales gelegenes Hotel, jedoch ins Alter gekommen. Saubere Zimmer, Dusche sehr eng, das Zimmer war grosszügig genug. Genügend Parkplätze ab 16.30 Uhr, vorher sehr knapp. Personal während dem Frühstück sehr laut und mit dem Umstellen der Tische beschäftigt, hat nicht zum Verweilen eingeladen.
