Amazing hotel with awesome staff. Beautiful view of water from front of hotel. Bathroom have been completely updated along with most of hotel. Highly recommend it.
Due to poor weather, my ferry was cancelled and i had no way of getting there on the night. I called the hotel and the receptionist told me it was okay to get a refund, all i had to do was call again the next morning because the manager wasn't around when i called. I called the next day and no-one picked up. I called again multiple times (10+) over the few days and still no responds. I had to get hotels.com to get involve and they wrote back after a week saying the hotel won't refund! Terrible experience!
