First night we were put in a tiny little room where we could barely move around. We asked to change and they said they would the next day, when we asked the next day they said to wait again, but we said no as it wasn’t what we were expecting, they moved us to a bigger room, however it was near a lift that was constantly used, and there were 2/3 families across from us, they kept doors open nights and mornings so there children could use the corridors as a playground, the walls are then so could hear everything from neighbouring rooms, so there was constant noise and crying and we weren’t able to get any quiet during the stay. Quite disappointed and won’t use the same hotel again. However some of the staff were very friendly.

Hôtel super bien situé à 2 min de Aya sofia, la mosquée bleu et le palais topkapi. A 5min de l’arrêt du tram. Le professionnel et la disponibilité des personnes qui y travaille surtout Ayhan vraiment un grand merci. Et le geste pour l’anniversaire à ma maman il nous on offert un gâteau vraiment le top. Merci à vous à très bientôt.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien situé dans un quartier touristique. Y’a une odeur dans la salle de bain qui est désagréable. Les personnels sont très serviables.
