The rooms are really
Old and everything over used even the beddings.
Windows are so thin you literally can’t sleep from the car noise. In Istanbul cars non stop beeping

Sehr kompetenter Service
Das Hotel liegt am Ende des Gezi Parkes und in der Nähe der Metro-Station Taksim Platz und damit zentral, in 20 Minuten ist man bei der Galatabrücke. Die Ausstattung lässt, wie bei Hyatt üblich, für Geschäftsleute nichts zu wünschen übrig. Auch als Tourist ist man dort gut aufgehoben, da die Service Qualität ausgezeichnet ist. Der Concierge hat uns zum Beispiel problemlos einen Platz in einem historischen Hamam besorgt, auch wenn es im Hotel eine Spa und Fitnessabteilung gab.

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles sehr offen und weiträumig. Zimmer in top Zustand. SPA-Anwendungen beispielhaft. Sehr gute Lage zum öffentlichen Verkehr (Metro/Tram) und zur Shopping-Strasse. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert
