I got food poisoning eating in the Indian restaurant, I have emailed the hotel and they haven't responded, For 36 hours I have had a terrible diarrhoea and the hotel restaurant was the only place I ate that day.

Dear Mr.Ratts, The restaurant is operated by third party however as they are expected to operate inkine with Hilton and local standards samples that are kept for 72 hours will be sent for testing to an accredited lab for testing. I just would like to update you that outsource restaurant Dubb is still waiting results of the laboratory. As you know in your e mail has already been replied and investigation is still continue. The restaurant will contact you when the investigation is completed. Thank you for your understanding,

Probably not worth upgrading to the executive club. The breakfast selection was very good but felt the staff were a little too quick to clear the plates. Often still chewing the last mouthful when they were whipped away.The afternoon tea provided was truly abysmal 3 half empty plates of sandwiches and some rather sad looking apples and plums and the supper wasn’t any better. Not up to scratch for a hotel if this class.

L établissement et les services du personnel sont impeccables, du directeur a la dame de nettoyage, tous ont été professionnels. Le gros point négatifs est la politique financière de l établissement. Il demande dés l arrivé une provision ou caution pour les éventuels dépenses qu on aurait dans l établissement, comme si nous allions héberger, manger boire et partir en fuyant du hilton. Moi, j ai refusé de payer la caution, et il ont immédiatement vider le mini bar.. comme si je n avait pas de quoi payer 3 canette de coca. J ai du payer immédiatement apres chaque café ou repas que j ai consommer puisque sans caution je ne pouvais plus avoir un compte. Donc, j ai de quoi payer le hilton pour 10 jours pour 3 personnes, mais il ont peur que je ne paie pas 2 cafés que je consomme.. C est vraiment pitoyable. Je ne conseille pas cet hotel, avec cette mentalité, et cette politique de vouloir se rassurer pour la moindre cacahuète, ce n est pas digne d un 5 étoiles.
