Wir waren als Paar für 5tage in diesem Hotel und leider muss ich mitteilen das wir mir diesem Unterkunft gar nicht zufrieden waren. Wir mussten den Check-In selbst machen. Die Koffer wurden uns nicht reingetragen bzw. sie haben uns nichteinmal in das Zimmer eingeführt. Zudem wurden uns das Zimmer am ersten Stock direkt neben dem Lift zugeordnet was wir sehr schlecht fanden. Zudem war unser Zimmer nicht genügend sauber und sehr Kalt. Wir haben die Klimanlage auf 30C eingestellt doch hat uns leider nicht viel geholfen weil der Boden sehr kalt war und die Heizung im Badezimmer aus war. Die Gänge wie auch der Eingang war komischerweise wärmer als unser Zimmer selbst. Wir haben dies am Personal mittgeteilt und uns wurde lustigerweise lediglich eine zusätzliche Decke angeboten. Als wir Abends wieder ins Hotel zurückkehrten mussten wir uns mit unserem Haar-Föhn wärmen weil das Zimmer eiskalt war. Der Boden wurde nie warm. Später nach 2-3 Tagen wurden wir auch durch die Kälte leider Krank. Wir empfehlen es einfach niemanden dort hinzugehen (nichtmal an unsere Feinde:)

İnternet üzerindeki genel bilgi kirliliği ve yorumlardaki denetimsizlik herkesin malumudur.Bu nedenle gelecek ziyaretçilerimizi bilgilendirmek adına yorumunuzun üstüne bazı düzeltmeler yapmak gerekiyor.1- Online Check-in sistemi, havalimanlarında, üst düzey otellerde, randevu gerektiren yerlerde (restoran, kuaför); giriste zaman kaybetmemek için tüm misafirler tarafindan tüm dünyada ve otelimizde keyifle kullanılmaktadır. Sistemimize kimlik kartinizi ve kisisel bilgilerinizi kolayca girersiniz ve bu tüm süreci kolay hale getirir. Otelimizin önemli bir projelerinden biri misafirlerimizin tamamı tarafından beğenilmekte ve takdir edilmektedir. Sistemimiz kusursuz çalışmaktadır. Online check-in formunu doldurmayla ilgili sorun yaşayan misafirlerimize 24 saat açık olan resepsiyonumuzda yardım etmek için her an hazır bulunan bir ekibimiz bulunmaktadır.2- Asansörümüz bulunmaktadır. Odaya kadar eşlik edip sizlere odayı tanıtmayı eski usûl buluyoruz ve özel alanınıza girmeyi tercih etmiyoruz. Elbette valizlerinizin tasınması için yardım isterseniz bunu seve seve yaparız. Resepsiyon sorumlularından aldığım bilgiye göre böyle bir talebin olmadığını görüyorum.3- Otelimizin doluluk durumuna ve rezervasyon tarihine göre oda planlaması yapılmaktadır. Son dakika yapılan rezervasyonlarda maalesef son odayı alırsınız. Bi her yerde böyledir. Bundan dolayı misafirlerimize her nereye gideceklerse gitsinler mutlaka zamanında planlanmış tatilleri öneriyoruz. 4-Otelimi konforlu temiz ve sıcaktır. Tüm duvarlar yerler ve tavanlar özel ses ve ısı yalıtım süngerleri ile kaplıdır. Pencerelerimiz ses ve ısı geçirmeyen pvc sistemlerdir. Tüm oda yaklaşık 1-2 dakkkada ısınacak ve ısıyı koruyacak şekilde çevre dostu dizayn edilmiştir. Bununla ilgili bugune kadar hiç şikayet almadık. Bu misafirlerin ısıtma cihazının kullanılması konusunda resepsiyondan bilgi almadığını, sadece ek olarak ısınma aracı talebinde bulduğu bilgisini de öğrendim. Ziyaret boyunca ısıtmayı kullanmamak büyük talihsizlik. Otelimiz-5,-7 derecelerde bile konforla hizmet verdi, ki bu sene en soğuk dereceler 2,3 dereceydi. Hastalığınız ve bunu otelimizle iliskilendirmeniz bizi üzdü, bu gercek olsaydı otele gelen herkesin burdan hasta ayrılması gerekirdi fakat biz dostca ve sıcacık ayrılmayı gercih ediyoruz. Seyahatler tatiller ve hava degisimleri insanlarin hasta olmaya en musait olduğu donemlerdir. Kendinizi özellikle soğuk havalarda korumanızı tavsiye C vitamini takviyesini tavsiye ederiz.
