L’établissement est bien situé, non loin de la place Taksim. Il faut savoir que ce n’est pas un hôtel mais un hostel donc pas de téléphone ni de télévision dans les chambres qui sont relativement petite et surtout la salle de bain. Très déçu…

Die jungen Mitarbeiter waren sehr unmotiviert und nicht sehr freundlich… Drücken sich oder wollen keine mühe machen für Kunden. 3 Nächte waren wir da die Bettlacken sind nicht einmal gewechselt worden. Und wurde nicht richtig geputzt. Überall waren Haare vom letzten Kunden oder von der Putzfrau… Der ältere Mitarbeiter am letzten Tag war Motiviert und freundlich. Fenster sind sehr schlecht isoliert und aus dem Bad/WC kommt chlor Geruch ins Zimmer. Eigentlich sehr schade weil die Lage vom Hotel super ist, mann kommt schnell an alle Hotspots. Wäre echt ein schönes Hotel. Badetücher und Bettlacken sollte man wirklich mal erneuern… Ich war sehr enttäuscht.
