Dear SenadRegarding your stay, first of all, we are sorry for your claims that your wallet was stolen by the housekeeping staff working in our hotel. Our hotel has international security standards and this situation is never in accordance with our standards. Regarding this allegation, we reviewed the camera recordings in the corridor where your room was located, by the hotel management. We took this situation very seriously. The maid who cleaned the room, it is 6 years that she is working with and we trust her so much. We can assure you that the item was lost somewhere else. Our Lost&Found department also did not have any record of anything found inside the Hotel. Spa services, a library, and a terrace are also featured at the luxury Sura Design Hotel and Suites - Boutique Class. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a theme park shuttle are available for a fee. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
