Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and comments about your recent stay with us here at Embarc Zihuatanejo. We work hard to provide all our Members and guest with the best service as they deserve. Our staff trains in all aspects including taking English lessons in order to be able to provide good service. Enjoy the umbrellas and sunloungers for a relaxing day at the beach. Bring your whole family to Embarc Zihuatanejo for summer fun including 2 the outdoor swimming pools, the kids' pool and surfing/boogie boarding. There are 2 restaurants on site. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include A swim-up bar and A bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This 4-star Zihuatanejo resort is smoke free.

Please be advised that the property neighboring Embarc Zihuatanejo called Sotavento has started construction and demolition work. Please be aware that this may generate noise, dust and there is heavy machinery and excavation taking place. We do not have information on the duration of this work.
