Als wir angekommen waren, wusste die Dame am Empfang nicht einmal, dass ein Zimmer auf unseren Namen gebucht wurde. Dementsprechend wurde auch kein Zimmer für uns vorbereitet. Nach einem kurzen Hin und Her haben wir ein Zimmer im vierten Stock erhalten (ohne Aufzug). Auf dem Weg zum Zimmer sieht man über alle Stockwerke hinweg Müll, Bettwäsche und anderes Zeug rumliegen. Hygienisch ist es dort keines Falls, wobei die Mitarbeiter*innen den ganzen Tag nur am Handy sitzen und sich scheinbar auch nicht um die Ordnung kümmern. Auch das Zimmer war katastrophal. Es war ein Zimmer ohne Fenster und somit ohne Tageslicht. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war sehr schlecht, sodass man nicht richtig sehen konnte. Die Matratze und die Bettwäsche waren sehr dreckig. Im Bad gab es keinen Spülbecken und wir hatten ein Bad mit Plumpsklo, ich weiß nicht, ob es in allen Zimmern der Fall ist. Außerdem hatten wir kein Toilettenpapier, was uns auch nach Anfrage nicht gebracht wurde. Spiegel gab es weder im Bad noch im Zimmer, wir mussten uns mit dem kleinen Kosmetikspiegel meiner Frau zufriedengeben. Alles in Einem keine schöne Erfahrung und nicht empfehlenswert.
