Dark & Dingy Hotel with Poor Service

This hotel did not meet my expectation. On arrival we were kept waiting around for allocation of a suitable room. Once checked-in, the room bed sheets appeared to creased and used. The room cleanliness was poor. The breakfast room lighting was very poor at it had no natural light so it appeared very dark and dingy. The staff at breakfast were not well trained and provided very poor service.
