SG, thank you for taking the time to share your comments and concerns. Please allow us to sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay with us. Your experience in our cabins is certainly not in keeping with the high standards we hold ourselves to. We has undergone extensive multi-year, multiphase renovations that have touched many areas of the resort including guest rooms and we are continuing to improve our product - as an example we will be renovating nearly half our washrooms in the coming year. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to the lodge so we can offer you a true Fairmont experience.

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge offers its guests a full-service spa, a golf course, and an outdoor pool. There are 4 restaurants on site, as well as a coffee shop/cafΘ and a nearby snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include a poolside bar and a bar/lounge. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. There are 25 meeting rooms available. A 24-hour health club, 1 hot tub, and a sauna are also featured at the eco-certified Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Free self parking is available. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Jasper resort.
