This hotel is a gem in Jasper. The views are spectacular. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were greeted by every staff member we came across with a friendly smile and a hello. The rooms are stylish, and bed was very comfortable. We had an excellent time, and would come back any time. It is expensive however but worth it if you are looking for an extra special time in Jasper.

we felt the relaxed nature and friendliness of staff was what stands out on every visit for us. it is casual and it is just what we want. I love that my dog is welcomed butI feel $50 is a little high.

Our room was only 53 degrees when we arrived in the early afternoon. We turned the heat up and waited and it only got to 65 degrees. I called to complain about the lack of heat twice the next day and they said they looked at it but it only maxed out at 69 degrees before bed and was 65 again in the morning. To top it off the shower ran cold that morning. Nice facility but they need to do some serious infrastructure improvements.
