Dear Sonia, Thank you very much for taking the time to provide your feedback about the experience on your recent stay. We regret that your Mum slipped in the bath room. It was a unfortunate accident. In order to ensure the safety of our guests all time, we do provide slip resistant rubber matt as well as a bath matt in the rooms. Unfortunately the provided rubber matt hasn’t been used. The hotel provides daily doctor assistance on-call during 24 hour, by working together with a clinic closed by. However depending on the traffic it can take some time for the doctor to arrive. As we provide the necessary safety measures we are unable to take any liability for the cost of the doctor as your mothers accident happened beyond our control. We regret that your mother got hurt and hope she feels better already. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts and we wish you and your family all the best for the future.
