Very good for families

We went on a family vacation and this is by far one of the best family hotels I have ever stayed in (I have stayed in a lot of world class hotels) There are many small touches that add to the experience. The kids club is the best kids club I have ever been to which has a soft play area that is very clean. The family rooms are very thoughtful where children have their own section including bathroom. There are some upmarket and local restaurants near the hotel aswell as a handful of massage places. Kuta is approximately 20mins away depending on traffic. If I was to return to Bali I would happily stay at the Movenpick again.

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas les 5 étoiles. Personnels

Personnels qui ne parlent pas Anglais. Le dernier jour de mon séjour ma mère a glissé en sortant de la douche, elle est tombée sur sa tête . Elle a saignée de la tête, j ai appelé la réception pour un médecin ils sont venus après plus de 35 min d’ attente. Ensuite ils n’ ont pas voulu prendre aucun frais en charge avec l’ assurance pour l’ Hopital et le médecin prétextant que ce n’ était pas de la responsabilité de l’hotel et que ce cas de figure n’ était jamais arrivé. Cela peut arriver à n’ Importe qui de glisser et l’ hôtel doit prendre ses responsabilités et faire marcher leurs assurances!!!! Horrible séjour et surtout la fin. Pas d’ assurance pour une chaîne comme le a Mövenpick

Dear Sonia, Thank you very much for taking the time to provide your feedback about the experience on your recent stay. We regret that your Mum slipped in the bath room. It was a unfortunate accident. In order to ensure the safety of our guests all time, we do provide slip resistant rubber matt as well as a bath matt in the rooms. Unfortunately the provided rubber matt hasn’t been used. The hotel provides daily doctor assistance on-call during 24 hour, by working together with a clinic closed by. However depending on the traffic it can take some time for the doctor to arrive. As we provide the necessary safety measures we are unable to take any liability for the cost of the doctor as your mothers accident happened beyond our control. We regret that your mother got hurt and hope she feels better already. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts and we wish you and your family all the best for the future.
