Notte avis sur cet hôtel reste mitigé. Nous étions une famille de 4 avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Le personnel n'était pas particulièrement très avenant, le repas le soir à l'hôtel ne nous a pas enchanté plus que cela, la chambre était sobre, vétuste et pas tant bien décorée. De plus, ce n'était pas très propre par terre. La salle de bains par contre était top. Spacieuse, assez neuve et avec une grande douche pratique pour les enfants. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons trouvé le prix de la nuit trop élevé pour ce qui est proposé dans cet hôtel. Cependant, nous avons apprecié que l'établissement propose une salle de jeux pour les enfants, ce qui nous a permis de souper tranquillement.

Chère Famille - nous vous remercions de votre séjour chez nous et de vos commentaires. Nous sommes navrés de vos impressions, nous donnons de notre mieux pour sentir nos clients à l'aise chez nous. Les weekends en haute saison nos demandent des efforts spéciaux, en tant aussi que nos collaborateurs ne parlent pas toutes les langues. En ce qui concerne le repas du soir, nous nous donnons beaucoup de peine à servir des produits frais et bien préparés. Nous vous aurions su gré de nous dire sur le champ si quelque chose n'était pas à votre goût. - Permettez-nous de nous excuser sincèrement pour votre déception. Elle n'était pas volontaire.

Tout est soigné..la présentation de la nourriture et sa qualité. Le service en particulier à la réception qui donne de bonnes infos utiles.

Grundsätzlich wurden unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Leider war das Restaurant infolge Wirte-Ruhetag geschlossen. Wir hätten gerne das Nachtessen im Blüemlisalp eingenommen.

Einfaches, gemütliches Hotel

Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel Blüemlisalp und es war alles sehr unkompliziert und gemütlich. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehlenswert!
