Whilst thanking you for bringing to our attention your suggestions to improve our breakfast service, I would like to assure you that my team and I have taken your suggestions into consideration in improving our breakfast service. Regarding the concern you have raised regarding guests with restricted mobility, we are pleased to inform you that we do have a direct rear access to our second floor elevator and as such guests requiring assistance will not need to use the stairs.
