Dear guest, Thank you for letting us knows about your stay at Crystal Aura Beach Resort & Spa by sharing your precious time with us. Your feedback is important to us as it gives us an opportunity to re-evaluate our services and gives us scopes for further perfection. We are re-creating our way with your valuable comments and suggestions. As main policy, our aim is to ensure that expectations of each Guest are met and exceeded, and we are deeply sorry that certain areas of the hotel did not meet your expectations. We assure that relevant feedback was shared with our department managers and whole related departments, the corrective measures will be taken in the appropriate time in order to avoid comments of this nature in the future. We wish you provided us information like your room number or at least your name and surname so that we could take the corrective measures or to see if there was any recorded complaint coming from you during your stay. I would like to mention that our breakfast time is till 10:00, from 10:00 to 11:00 o'clock there is late breakfast which menu is not as rich as the main breakfast's one, that is why many of the dishes are taken away around 10:00 o'clock. But nonetheless there is still variety of food to choose from even after 10:00. We have enough baby chairs to satisfy the needs of our little guests. Unfortunately, there might be a lack of baby chairs during the busiest hour; it is physically impossible to provide a highchair for every child if the guests with babies/toddlers come to the restaurant at the same time. We are sorry for inconvenience. We value you as our Guest and do hope to make amends and welcome you on your future visits to Antalya!
