Dear Guest, On behalf of the team here at Zuri Zanzibar, I extend my sincere apologies for the poor standards of service you recently experienced. I myself arrived two weeks ago and my immediate focus is to ensure we deliver a quality 5* guest experience across all departments and also to position our management associates around the resort at all times for immediate and prompt assistance. We also need to put more attention to daily training sessions, staff skills development, restaurant reservation handling and revise our nightly cleaning practices. We do have an issue with the resort adjoining Zuri Zanzibar when they hold these loud monthly Full Moon events and we are seeking support from the tourism board to assist I reduce this loud music impact on what should be a very relaxing and tranquil experience at Zuri Zanzibar.
