Lovely hotel, with great staff.

Pros: Ease of access to explore surrounding areas.
Cons: walk in showers
Location: Lovely range of shops and eateries not far from the hotel, Stratford Upon Avon a must as is Bourton on the water.
This hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the surrounding area. We enjoyed a great 4 night stay here visiting Stratford upon Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Broadway, Bourton on the water amongst others. Staff were brilliant. The food was excellent although the menu was somewhat limited. Rooms were clean and comfortable my only gripe was the shower as I had requested a large shower, instead I had an over bath one .Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, poor breakfast

Room and hotel itself was as expected, however the breakfast was a farce. Arrived at 9am (ish) and there was barely any hot food, no cutlery. Managed to grab a few hot bits, but not the full English as there were no eggs, one piece of bacon remained and a sausage. Then I had to chase down my own cutlery as I had asked twice and it hadnt arrived (15mins prior). THEN my other half had to go through the same process (she had been saving a table), waiting for everything to be replenished so we didnt eat together and I had only a half breakfast. Disappointing really.
