Pillows were flat but extra were provided. Rooms were clean and spacious with good tea facilities. However room was not cleaned between and toiletries whilst good were not replaced.

Stayed for 2 night break. Lovely hotel following all covid 19 guidelines. Minimal contact with staff but night porter was very kind and helpful

We stayed in Royal Harbour Suite. Overlooking harbour with beautiful views of all the ships lit up with Christmas lights and town frontage. Balcony with Christmas tree and 2 chairs is lovely addition to room to sit out at night with a glass of wine. Would also be wonderful in the summer. The communal rooms were all really special, cosy open fires and vintage decor in keeping with property. Honesty bar was also nice touch although we didn't use it this time. Free parking outside hotel and only a short stroll down to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend, it was perfect.
