I am sorry to read that you have had a far from satisfactory experience at the hotel, this is not the standards our guests are used to, and certainly something which I will discuss with the owner and housekeepers. I will however add that all of our King/Twin rooms are the same layout and there is no option to 'upgrade' to a 'better' version. Our room types are; Single, Double (ensuite with shower), King/Twin (ensuite with bath & shower), Executive Suite, Family Rooms. Since your visit the owner has regrouted and resealed all the bathrooms in the hotel, this was a task he was undergoing at the time.

Many thanks for taking the time to review your stay at the hotel. I am disappointed to see the hotel has not lived up to your expectations, and will be taking action regarding the cleanliness of rooms.
There's a restaurant on site, as well as a coffee shop/café and a snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is served daily. WiFi is free in public spaces. A terrace, multilingual staff, and a garden are also featured at the business-friendly Keswick Park Hotel. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This 3.5-star Keswick hotel is smoke free.
