I was upset to have been woken up at 5.30 and the noise from door slamming/ cleaners screaming down the hall to each other at 8am I gave up and left the hotel!

Great venue, great service and a lovely place to stay. Just wish I had brought my trunks for access to the Spa. Location is good but perhaps just a bit far to any shops and other restaurants if you don't have a car.

Decent Hotel, Good Value

Pros: The Spa, location
Cons: Restaurant prices Check appliances are working (hairdryers in rooms) TV could be wall mounted allowing more room
We got the room at a good rate, all things considered. The hotel was pretty easy to find and well located, near a retail park with chain eating and shopping establishments. Room was comfortably appointed, including a fridge, and nicely decorated but we had a twin and found it very cramped. Bathroom was good with a great shower and nice toiletries. Friendly staff. Few issues: Hairdryer wasn't working properly, so we were asked to use an alternative room to dry hair. We found the restaurant incredibly expensive in comparison to the hotel rate. The Spa facilities and pool were fab especially the steam room but the Jacuzzi and sauna could have been slightly hotter. All in all a really good stay and I would return, especially if the restaurant prices were more favourable.

Enjoyable stay

Lovely hotel, fantastic rooms, nice quite spa. Majority of staff seemed to be new/training, but all were perfectly polite.

Great Service!

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the room was beautiful! Loads of space and very luxurious bedding. Would definitely stay again!
