Sehr kompliziert war die Bearbeitung eine Buchungsunstimmigkeit, darum buche ich in keinen Konzernhotels mehr:-(... hat sich zwar alles geregelt, aber erst nach ettlichen MAILS

Dieses Hotel ist eigentlich "ohne Worte". Wer absolut keinen Wert auf Komfort legt ist hier richtig.

Die Lage des Hotels in direkter Nähe zu Kronshagen war für mich ideal. Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe, war für mich wichtig, da ich ohne Auto unterwegs war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Service wirklich gut. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ansprechend und reichlich.

Gut und Günstig

Ich kam um 22.40 Uhr an, der Check-In war seit 40 Minuten vorbei. Ich hatte vorab eine Nachricht mit meiner Verspätung geschrieben, und erreichte auch sofort jemanden unter der angegeben Handy-Nummer: Dank des sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiters erhielt ich so mein Zimmer. Ich kann das Novum empfehlen: Mit dem Auto sind es nur ein paar Minuten vom Kieler Zentrum, die meisten Zimmer liegen ruhig, es ist sauber, und es ist günstig!

Hotel in Kiel nicht bekannt

Cons: ALLES
Zum Etagenbett muss man Bergsteiger sein. steile lange " Leiter "mnach oben. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Haarfön. Zimmerreinigungspersonal ist ok. Nachtschicht rezeption überfordert. Sicherheitsdienst unfreundlich...und keine Ahnung. Wir kommen NIE wieder!!!

Für ein paar Nächte ok...Aber der Preis zu hoch für ein Stink normales Etagenbett Zimmer! Schade ...kaputte Schränke ...Teppich...Flecken auf Bettwäsche...
