We regret to learn that your stay was not to your expectation and apologize for the issue you encountered with hot water as there was a technical malfunction in the past few days which has been fixed. Regarding the facility, we are planning a refurbishment that will allow us offer improved services especially the rooms. Nonetheless, the hotel has beautiful greenery, open space that allows one to take in good fresh air, one of the biggest swimming pools in town and breathtaking views over the hills of Kigali.
