Hello, we can't see your reservation so we don't know who you actually paid. Saying that if you paid a 3rd party they should have provided you with a receipt. If your room was dirty we apologize and if you had mentioned it to the Front Desk we would have sent someone to clean it, or if possible move you to a different room.

Thank you, we appreciate all comments. The management has been updating the Inn and it is ongoing. We will be replacing the old carpets, but this will take some time. We are gladl you were able to relax.
