From the moment we were met at the airport by a member of staff and returned to the airport we were treated wonderfully.Our room was large and well appointed . The grounds were beautiful there were a lot of steps and slopes but we did not find this to be a problem, they had options for those that might have issues with the layout. The staff were really friendly , always a smile and a greeting. Food was great in all the restaurants we ate at which was all of them . Beach was very pretty and normally very quiet , often there was only a handful of us on it. Pool on lower section was lovely , always clean towels and kept us topped up with water and fresh fruits

Excellent Stay at Beautiful Hotel

Pros: Almost everything! Very well managed and great staff in a superb setting - it doesn't get much better than this.
Cons: Some of the gym equipment was a bit dated, particularly the bikes.
Location: Perfect location.
We have been fortunate to stay in many wonderful hotels in recent years and the Pimalai is definitely one of the best. We had a two bedroom pool villa in the hills which was fantastic. The staff are very caring and make sure everything works just perfectly for the guests.

Wir wurden 4 Tage rundum verwöhnt. Es war perfekt. Das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam. Zb wird am Pool und am Strand ständig Wasser am Platz nachgefüllt. Auch unser Transfer zum nächsten Hotel wurde umgehend organisiert. Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir uns im nächsten Hotel auf der nächsten Insel erstmal eingewôhnen mussten. Pimalai ist wohl wirklich einzigartig in Lage und Service. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Huone oli hyvin toimiva ja ilmeisesti vasta remontoitu, erittäin viihtyisä ja siisti. Hotellin puutarha oli upea, ja kaksi uima-allasta hienoja ja toimivat sekä aikuisille että lapsille. Henkilökunnan englannintaito oli paikottain heikko ja vaikeutti asiointia. Miinusta myös aamupalasta, joka oli sinällään laadukas mutta varsin suppea.

Genial zum Entspannen

Genialer erster Eindruck! Super freundliches Hotelpersonal und toller Empfang. Wir hatten noch nie ein so gemütliches Check-In. Schönes und grosses Zimmer mit eingeschränktem Meerblick. Fast ganz sauber, nur die Ameisen haben uns etwas gestört. Einsamer Strand. Wenn das Wetter besser ist, sieht man einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang.
