Alle Mitarbeitenden sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas seltsam inmitten eines Industriegebietes, aber wer nicht zu Fuss zum Fährboot nach Fort Kochi gehen will, findet gleich ums Eck Taxis. Dort gibt es auxh einfache Restaurants mit prima Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Relaxing & calm hotel, also for family

Relaxing experience at the Trident hotel, that had a nice pool on inner garden. Atmosphere was calm, rooms nicely arranged and the larger room really nice for the children to play. The service was not the best in the restaurants - both slow and non-existant at times but that did not too much harm the overall experience of the hotel.
