Das Personal war nicht unfreundlich, aber etwas gleichgültig. Teilweise verstehen sie schlecht deutsch. Es ist nicht unbedingt kundenfreundlich, wenn jeden Tag ein anderes Team zuständig ist. Da gibt es immer Kommunkationsverlust und der Gast muss alles dreimal erklären. Daher nicht vollste Zufriedenheit.
