Loved this hotel it was very clean and not too far from the main square, the staff are great they go out of their way to help.

Great Hotel Great Location

Pros: Lovely helpful staff, great comfortable rooms with good breakfast selection & a great location
Cons: My only negative is there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room & when you have been sight seeing all day it would have been great to be

Lovely hotel on the edge of the Jewish quarter where there are lots of bars & restaurants & a short walk to the old town. Staff where lovely & could not do enough to make our stay a great experience. We would stay here again & recommend it to others Thank you Columbus Hotel for helping make our visit so enjoyable

Great location and easy to explore the city

Pros: Charm and ambiance, very clean and comfortable rooms
Cons: Stop people from smoking in the garden area at the back as the smoke filtered up into our bedroom?
Location: Great location very easy to move around either on foot or using the trams or buses
We had a very good experience all round and thoroughly recommend

Convenient to Explore

Fab stay at Columbus. Close to most things and 15 mins from main square. Clean and tidy and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was sufficient to start your day. They can arrange your trips etc at reception. We had a pleasant stay at the Columbus and would definitely return

Great hotel near the Jewish Quarter.

This hotel is great, with very helpful staff who all speak english. The location is perfect. The Jewish quarter has loads of restaurants and bars and street food sellers and we thought it was better than the main square which was very busy and eating out was more expensive. If you do want to walk to the main square it is only a 15 minute walk. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great visit to Krakow

Hotel is in a great location within walking distance from the main square and just a short stroll from bars and restaurants in the jewish district. Only thing missing is an actual bar. Staff very friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again
