Thank you very much for your opinion. We do not have English channels in every room but there's a TV room available for the Guests in which we have much bigger variety of channels. Our building only have 4 floors so apartment 15 was on the last one - fourth floor not 9 like you said ;) But yes, that's true that there's no elevator in our building and unfortunately we are not able to build one. We try to put elderly people and Guests who have problems with legs, back or whatever else that makes it difficult for them to climb the stairs on lower floors if we have a possibility to do so or if they ask us early enough through email or phone.

Thank you for your opinion. We are aware of the fact that showers aren't as comfortable as we thought they would be. We put squeegee for water hoping that it would help at least a little bit.
