Really happy with the hotel. Staff were very friendly. Ideal location. The only negative I would say is that the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable.

The hotel is ideally placed in the old town so that you can walk to the main square and attractions. You would hardly know the hotel existed as it is hidden behind one single door, but open out into an excellent space. Clean tidy and quiet. An excellent place to stay.

Hotel in excellent location near Old Square - lots

Hotel in excellent location close to Old Square. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Hotel rooms clean, spacious and very luxurious. Bed turned down at night with chocolate left on the pillows - nice touch :-) Breakfast excellent with freshly cooked eggs served to your table on request. Staff very polite and helpful with a very special mention for Adrian who was chatty and excellent company whilst he manned the bar and served the diners. Would 100% recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Krakow.

Excellente situation, qui a son désavantage, un peu bruyant quand la chambre donne sur la rue principale. Tout le reste est parfait, et le séjour c'est très bien passé. Excellent petit déjeûner et personnel très professionnel.
