Nice hotel in a convenient location

Pros: Cleanliness, location, breakfast, bed and shower excellent.
Cons: Nabisa's attitude!
Location: Excellent location.
The hotel is generally good, good breakfast, and good location. Staff ok except I was met with a rude member of staff called Nabisa who was rude and arrogant. Apart from that other staff were fine and the hotel good.

Nice clean hotel in excellent location

Pros: Everything except Nabisa- all other staff ok.
Cons: Get rid of Nabisa and I will give this hotel 10 out of 10.
Location: Location is very close to Masjid Jamek station, there is plenty to do and restaurants nearby.
I made a booking for 2 days and then the next day decided to book another 3 days. When I arrived at the hotel, I told them this and asked if I could stay in the same room. They said certainly, no problem- just come down 2 days later and the reception will sort this out. When I down 2 days later, it was someone called Nabisa there. She had a unwelcoming look with a straight face with no hint of a smile. When I asked to stay in the same room: she questioned in an old school headmistress's manner, "Who told you that". Then said, "it will be ok this time but if you decide to stay any longer, you will have to change rooms". I felt her manner was again rude so I said, "Look your tone needs to change; I am not bothered, you can change my room if you want". She again continued in the same tone, "I am sorry but you need to change rooms if you stay any longer". I felt annoyed repeatedly being spoken to in that tone, so I asked to see the manger and Basil Faulty replied "I am the manger". This is a very good new hotel but if the hotel doesn't give her the boot, it will soon go downhill. Apparently I was told by another member of staff that she is one of the managers but I can't see how she got there- she has no manners, not pretty face & looks like a short lump of lard. She programmed my room key wrong and I had to come down to get it reprogrammed. She asked "what colour is the light when you try to open the door?" again same tone & assuming the customer is stupid!
