I was asked to change room due to confinement. I was given a room one floor up of my original room with no windows despite promised to go to 50th floor with similar layout but then they could not put me in a better room! I am staying here for more 6 weeks and another 17 days to go in a room without much windows! This is so ridiculous! If i can get out of here i would unfortunately due to on lockdown i could not move anywhere. I would not come back here even i stay here in the last 3 years twice a year and one month each time! What a good servise

Fantastic hotel with great staff

Pros: Everything
We stayed 2 nights and loved this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are huge and spotless and the beds are so comfy you won’t want to get up in the morning! Breakfast was a feast, with so many options to choose from. Fantastic indoor swimming pool with views of the Petronas Towers. We also made use of the self-service laundry facilities, which are always a plus when you are on an extended family holiday. All the staff were really genuinely friendly and always helpful. A special mention to Charles and Amir in the restaurant for making us feel welcome even though we arrived for dinner just before 10p.m when they had already been working a very long day. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and if you’re looking for a hotel in the heart of KL’s ‘Triangle d’Or’, you can’t get much better than this.
