Excellent location, rooms were good but needs upda

The location was excellent, right in the city centre next to the malls and restaurants. The rooms are okay, but the spa and swimming pool facilities needs upgrading. Overall not a bad stay.

Not 5 star

Have stayed in several 5* hotels in Bukit Bintang however we booked last minute and couldn't get our usual hotel. Check in was abysmal and I had to carry my suitcase from the taxi to reception to be told they were busy and to wait. A room hadn't been allocated even though booked and paid in full 3 weeks before. One morning at breakfast asked for a table at the window as there were empty tables however they had to clean one of them and actually put a dirty used placemat down for my husband. All in all, vicinity good but there are better hotels for that price.

Five star hotel, six star service! everything we needed/asked for was fulfilled. Big and comfortable room, huge selection of food in breakfast. Lovely hotel and staff, best location in Bukit Bintang.
