I'm pleased to note that you mostly enjoyed your stay with us and that you were impressed with both our accommodation as well as the excellent service and hospitality provided by our team. With regard to our breakfast prices, if I may explain, it is actually competitive with those of similar international 5-star establishments in Kuala Lumpur. However, you can also book a room rate here that is inclusive of breakfast or opt-in at RM49++ per person on check-in as suitable alternatives. Your constructive comments on the Club Chicken sandwich served here are much appreciated and I would like to apologise for the lack of labelling for spicier food items. Rest assured that further steps to include more detailed labelling for our dishes will be included for future considerations and improvements to ensure that dining experiences at our hotel will be more inclusive and accommodating towards guests with different dietary styles and requirements.
