Standards have dropped!

Probably a biased report as I'm comparing it to a good stay I had a few years back. The location is very convenient (a few minutes walk from KL Sentral bus and train stations, the NU Sentral shopping mall and next door to the monorail station} the rooms comfortable with efficient air conditioning and the staff helpful, but the hotel itself seems to be in need of a "pick me up." A big selling point for me is wifi, but unfortunately that was very hit and miss especially in the room and more or less non-existent in the lobby the one time I tried, although usually OK in the breakfast room. Breakfast was buffet style including a good choice, but a shame the terrace was not open like on my last visit; whether permanent or not I didn't ask. On the whole, if the hotel were to have a make over and confirm improved wifi I would most likely return. I hope it can because there seem to be a lot more hotels in the vicinity competing for business.

Hôtel bien situe mais climatisation tres bruyante

Pros: Le Personnel nous a facilement donne une autre chambre
Cons: Bruits clim et rafraîchissement des murs , blncheur des draps
Location: Ras
Idéalement situé dans Kuala Lumpur. Climatisation tres bruyante aux derniers étages , nous avons du demander à changer de chambre pour aller trois étages plus bas. Impossible de dormir sans boulkies. Taches sur la literie et peinture des murs à rafraîchir

Hotel proche de Kl central

Hotel standard proche de Kl central. Très pratique. L'hôtel a besoin d'être rafraîchit. Accueil reception pas très sympa. Pas de sourire et vite expédié. Wifi mauvaise qualité

Hotel bien situé proche Kuala central

Accueil réception médiocre et limite incorrect . Aucun sourire. On sent l'agacement du personnel lorsque on pose une question. WIFI de très mauvaise qualité.
