Great location

Newly refurbished room with excellent shower and extremely comfortable bed. Quick check in and very helpful staff. Location is ideal for city visit. Right next to skytrain station and shopping centre close by.

Great location to explore KL

The breakfast was very good, but the Melia Guest Rooms in which we have stayed on two separate occasions (i.e. on levels 6 and 7) were in need of complete refurbishment. The hotel is ideally located and within easy reach of nearby shopping malls, and very close to bus stops and a monorail station for access to the main tourist areas of Kuala Lumpur. The only drawback, on occasions, is the noise from some specific motorists in the early hours of the morning.

Christmas holidays

Very friendly staff but service a bit slow. Room was disappointing as we booked a room with a bed to sleep 3 and a supplement but instesd got 2 single beds and a supplement. There were cobwebs in one of the corners of the ceiling. My bedding was torn. We also had a blocked toilet amd the shower was lukewarm - All very disappointing for a 4 star hotel and after a long flight with children. .

Loistava sijainti

Sijainti hyvä aivan Imbi monorail aseman vieressä. Suoraan kadun toisella puolelle suuri ostoskeskus Times Square, jonne pääsee vaikka sateen yllättäessä monorail aseman kautta. Hotelli alkaa olla remontin tarpeessa, pientä repsotusta siellä täällä. Hinta/laatu kuitenkin OK.
