An excellent place to stay in a central location to all the main shopping areas and restaurants. The fron office staff are the friendliest staff I have encountered in 11 years going to Malaysia. This was my 15th visit to Parkroyal Service Suites.

Room very spacious. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Staff were very helpful, polite and acccomodating. The hotel needs updating. Excellent location.

All with in walking distance

Pros: Great staff, clean and well maintained apartments, excellent leisure facilities, good food and perfectly positioned and of course no noise from street
Location: The location is excellent, a small walk and you are at bukit bintang underground and sky train which are both easy to navigate as they are colour code
This hotel has a lot to offer, the apartments are modern, spacious, very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is splendid with a very good verity of food which changes every day and the staff are so attentive which made are stay even more relaxing. They have two well kept pools with ladies and men’s separate steam rooms near the sky pool as well as two jacuzzis, and a working gym that is also well maintained. All in all I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and when in KL will be using it again. Thank you Parkroyal for a wonderful stay

Bedt staff in Kl

I love Parkroyal service suites, it is well located to main shopping centres and restaurants. It is close to monorail and MRT. The staff are the friendliest i have experienced in my 10 years going to kl. The skypool on the 31st floor is amazing. The breakfast has improved immensely and a good selection of food offered. It is well priced and the rooms are very spacious. Whilst the rooms need some renovations it is an amazing place to stay.

Great Value

Pros: Location and cleanliness and facilities.
Cons: Only criticism was the air-con units in each room were'nt very effective at keeping rooms cool and were noisy. Maybe get them replaced for more newer
Location: Bukit Bintang is the entertainment leisure area of KL, big shopping mall with loads of eateries, loads of restaurants and bars nearby. Very good
Good place to stay in KL. Room was spacious, clean, all the mod-cons. Only criticism was the air-con units in each room were'nt very effective at keeping rooms cool and were noisy. Maybe get them replaced for more newer, quiter versions. Apart from that. I can't fault the place and would happily stay there again. Great central location and near the lively Bukit Bintang district. Lots to see and do in the area.

Luxury in excellent setting

Pros: Conveniently located close to Bukit Bitang - short walk.
Cons: No good access to MRT.
Location: At only 2' walk from the bar, restaurant and entertainment street. In the center of KL
The view from the rooftop swimming pool is outstanding with KL and Petronas twin tower in front of you. Conveniently located at only 2' walk from the bar, restaurant and entertainment street. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need.

Best place to stay

I would highly recommend this hotel/apartment the room was spotless the staff were very friendly and breakfast had a great selection. They made our holiday very special room was cleaned everyday and fresh drinks at reception when you come back from your visits around KL well thought out and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Appartments with all you need to help enjoy wonderful Kuala Lumper location is good if a little on the back street side of the town but having said that it only takes 5 mins to get to lots of Trendy Bars/Restaurants so its not to much of an issue after you get out and about. Staff are all very polite and very helpful but some have very limited english so without being critical there are plenty of other staff who will gladly help with your questions. Would we stay again the answer is Yes as all in all its good value clean nice breakfast and Free Wifi.

Perfect Lication

Very good value. Excellent location to explore KL. Spacious suites with big wet rooms. Breakfast buffet better than expected. Magnificent view from Sky pool. And the best: all staff members were helpful, friendly, professional and nothing was too much for them.
