Zuerst: Das Hotel kann man durchaus weiterempfehlen, man erwartet aber von einem Banyan Tree Hotel mehr. Tolle Lage, toller Pool. Man fühlt sich nicht "Willkommen"; keine Erfrischung beim Checkin. Man interessiert sich auch beim Checkout nicht, wie es einem gefallen hat. Frühstück: langweilig. Keine Hot Chocolate nur Kaffee oder Tee möglich. Säfte nicht frisch und mangelhafte Auswahl. Wenn man Frühstück ab 6:30 Uhr anbietet, sollte das Frühstück auch zu 100% fertig sein und nicht erst nach 7:00 Uhr. Mandelcroissants werden halbiert angeboten, beide Kaffeemaschinen nicht einsatzbereit, es fehlt Milch. Behälter mit Zuckerpapierabfall war nicht geleert und noch vom Vortag. Obstauswahl ist ein Witz. usw. Zimmerservice: nach Lust und Laune gibt es einen Abendservice. Creme-Spender war bei Zimmerbezug leer; ist eigentlich kein Problem, wenn wir aber den Spender aufdrehen reicht es nicht, dass er nur zugedreht wird, sollte auch mal aufgefüllt werden. Toilettenpapier nicht nachgelegt und sonst noch so Kleinigkeiten. Schublade mit Kaffee, Tea, Zucker usw. ohne Einsatz, einfach so reingelegt. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel unwürdig. Kein Businessbereich in dem man mal einen Computer oder Drucker benutzen kann, muss ja nichts Großes sein.
