We were pleased to read that in general you have enjoyed your stay with us and we appreciate that you have highlighted our friendly Team Members. We do apologize for the inconveniences you have mentioned in regards to our all-inclusive packages available and that you have not been made aware of the restrictions included. Please be informed that all Tour Operators around the world are informed equally and in detail about our inclusions on packages, which are also available as fact sheets on our website for everyone to download. We do have 3 swimming pools at different areas in the resort with access limitations due to age restrictions and according to the booked category of guests. Of course the communication from our Team Member which you have described is not acceptable and also not according to our standard procedures. The management will make sure that this will be followed up by a reminder training. Our teams do try their best to provide the exceptional hospitality that Kuredu is known for. Please be informed that seaplane operations are organized by Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) with little control by resorts on their scheduling. All departure flights from resorts are therefore scheduled between 12pm and 3pm daily. For the convenience of our guests we do offer an extended service even after departure from the resort, to enjoy any waiting time at our seaplane lounge area including Wi-Fi, hot and cold beverages, shower and bathroom facilities and a snack menu available until 9pm in the evening. Some rates at Kuredu Island Resort are all-inclusive. These rates include on-site meals and beverages, and may include taxes and gratuities. As a guest of Kuredu Island Resort, you'll find a full-service spa, a golf course, and 3 the outdoor swimming pools. There are 5 restaurants and 2 coffee shops/cafés on site. For a drink, you can stop by one of the onsite bars, including 2 poolside bars and 4 bars/lounges. Public spaces have free WiFi. You'll find a business centre on site. A hot tub, a fitness centre, and a sauna are also featured at the business-friendly Kuredu Island Resort. A round-trip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 4-star Kuredu Island resort.

Kuredu Island Resort offers 384 forms of air-conditioned accommodation with a safe and complimentary bottles of water. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. Guests can surf the web using complimentary wireless Internet access. Coffee/tea makers and minibars are provided. Rooms have partially open bathrooms. Bathrooms include complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered on a daily basis.
Bonthi Restaurant – This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Koamas Restaurant – This buffet restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open daily.
Sangu Restaurant – This buffet restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open daily.
O Restaurant – This buffet restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open daily.

Duniye Spa has 5 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, Thai massages and facials. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including reflexology.

24-hour airport shuttle service is available at scheduled times. Fees may apply. Contact the property in advance to make arrangements.
Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 40 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 3 days before their expected arrival. Please contact the hotel office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Daily transfer service is offered by Trans Maldivian Airways / Maldivian Air Taxi between 6 AM and 4 PM. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale.
Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at checkout.
Airport transport is offered at scheduled time 24 hours a day. Fees may apply. Please make arrangements in advance by contacting the property.
