Thank you for your review and we apologize for the inconvenience that you had during stay. Usually the front pools are more happening than the one at the back. Therefore we would suggest you use this area during stay and since most of travelers here are family oriented, they are bringing kids and playing at public area. In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
Grand Inna Kuta offers its guests 3 outdoor swimming pools and a kids' pool. There are 3 restaurants on site, as well as a coffee shop/cafΘ and a nearby snack bar/deli. For a drink, you can stop by one of the onsite bars, including 2 poolside bars and 3 bars/lounges. WiFi is free in public spaces. There's an onsite business centre.
